By using this website you acknowledge that you are aware of and understand the contents of the following agreement, and furthermore agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
“Here in and where in,”Edmonton Skyshuttle, as well as any or all of their subsidiaries will be referred to as “skyshuttle.” For the purpose of the online booking agent this will primarily refer to, but not be limited to: Edmonton skyshuttle.
You understand and agree that the purpose for our providing you with access to this website is solely to allow you to the convenience of gathering information before you book by telephone or for bypassing the call center telephone queue for a skyshuttle trip which is a future time call.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your telephone or on line booking information is correct. Skyshuttle will not be responsible for any telephone or online reservations that have been made with incorrect information having been provided.
No skyshuttle reservation whether arranged by phone or online is guaranteed in any way. Skyshuttle cannot guarantee any reservation due to many variables beyond their control. The following are some examples of what skyshuttle has no control over, and is in no way restricted or limited to the following list: the weather conditions, the road conditions, incorrect information, website server failure, or availability of shuttles due to supply and demand at peak times. Thus even though a shuttle is booked as for a specific time, skyshuttle does not in any way guarantee that a shuttle will arrive on time, it is solely the customers responsibility to allow extra time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
You acknowledge that the internet and websites accessed by you are inherently dangerous and subject to computer, system and network failure as well as various malicious human activities. While skyshuttle will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to maintain the security of this website with respect to information you provide, you agree that you use this website completely at your own risk and that in no event shall skyshuttle be held liable for any damages, however caused, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, even if caused by the negligence of skyshuttle. Additionally, skyshuttle may interrupt access to the website, or terminate access to the website at any time, without notice or liability. Access to the website shall in all cases be a privilege and not a right.
Skyshuttle does not warrant that this website will operate error-free or that it and its server or servers are or will be free of computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful content devises or programs. This website and its’ content and material, and access to data, are all provided on an “as is, where is, “and “as is and when available” basis without any representations, guarantees, conditions or warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, skyshuttle disclaims any and all conditions and warranties, whether express or implied. skyshuttle further makes no warranties or representations concerning the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the data accessed by use of our website.
You further agree that in no event will skyshuttle be liable for indirect, general, special, economic, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages resulting from the use of this website, whether in tort, contract or any other cause of action, including without limitation, any other damages whatsoever, whether or not skyshuttle shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, and the laws of Canada. You agree that any and all disputes will be adjudicated only by the courts of Alberta. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts, and you undertake and agree to bring no complaint or file any action in any other Court whatsoever.
Please Note:
• Skyshuttle is not responsible for missed flights.
• Please be ready at your pick-up point 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. The skyshuttle coach may arrive 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time.
• Skyshuttle reservations are non-refundable.
• Tickets will not be re-issued for missed trips.
• Each passenger is allowed two (2) pieces of luggage and one carry-on item. Charges apply for extra luggage.
• Oversized luggage may not be accepted.
• Pets are allowed as long as they are in a proper carrying case.
• Children under the age of 3 ride free (provided they don’t occupy a coach seat unless vacant seats are available).
